Jeff Adkins
Local Mission Coordinator
Jeff was born in West Virginia, where he met and married his wife, Amy. They moved to Mount Pleasant in 1994 while expecting their fifth child. Jeff has had a lifelong passion for local and global missions. Soon after they were married, he and Amy helped lead a high school ministry in an urban school. He later served nearly a decade with Prison Fellowship and co-led a student outreach in Hungary for close to another decade. Jeff and Amy remain actively involved in Saint Peter’s mission partnerships in Haiti and Honduras. Today, all five of their children are married with children of their own: two grandchildren live in the Charleston area, four live in Houston, a third is on the way in Hanalei (HI), three live in Germany, and three live in South Korea. The numbers and locations of grandchildren remain dynamic.
