KIDS' MINISTRY · BIRTH – 5TH GRADE

At Saint Peter’s, our staff and volunteer leaders are committed to creating a safe, joyful environment where children can grow in both their knowledge of Jesus and their relationship with Him. We believe this calling extends far beyond Sunday mornings, which is why we are passionate about equipping parents to lead their children in faith at home. By God’s grace, we trust that together we can guide our children to truly know and follow Jesus.
3 MONTHS – PREK
Nursery & Preschool
In Sprouts, we care deeply about each child’s early faith formation. Beginning as young as 2, our little ones are introduced to a simple, engaging Bible-based curriculum designed just for them.
On Sunday mornings, children head straight to their classrooms where they’ll experience a sweet time of play, learning, worship, and prayer — all in a safe and nurturing environment. It’s a joy-filled space where they can begin to know God’s love and build friendships along the way.
When you arrive, stop by one of our Check-In Stations. Our team will welcome you, help you get checked in, and walk you and your child to their classroom.
Elementary
Kids' Club
We create a welcoming and meaningful experience for elementary-aged kids from the moment they arrive. Each child receives a name tag and a secure parent pickup tag at check-in, then begins the morning in worship alongside their families. After the first song, the kids process out to their classrooms following the cross — a special and memorable tradition led by one of our older students.
In each classroom, kids engage with Scripture in age-appropriate ways, build meaningful friendships, and grow in their understanding of the gospel. Using the Orange curriculum, we intentionally partner with parents in discipling their children. At the end of Kid’s Club, all elementary children return to the sanctuary to rejoin their families for communion and final worship.
STUDENT MINISTRY · 6TH – 12TH GRADE

Whether you’ve been in church your whole life or are just curious, we want to see middle and high school students understand their identity in Jesus and know His incredible love for them. Our mission is to equip and empower them to step into their part of God’s story.
Through weekly gatherings, small groups, and service opportunities, we provide experiences for students to know Christ, build relationships with one another, grow in faith, and serve our neighbors.
INFANT & CHILD
Baptism
If you’d like to have your infant or child baptized at Saint Peter’s, please complete our Baptism Application Form. We will process your request and send you information on Baptism classes and schedules. Please contact our Deacon, Mike Miller, at Mike@SaintPeters.me with questions.
3rd grade or older
First Communion
Many parents wrestle with the question of when to have their children begin taking Communion. If that’s you, please read through our policy and contact our Kids’ Pastor, Caroline Miller, at Caroline@SaintPeters.me with any questions.
6th -12th graders
Confirmation Classes
This is a 3-week class that provides 6th -12th graders the opportunity to explore the Christian faith in a deeper way, in order to affirm their belief among the church and community.
